Having the flexibility of working with the builder to create exactly what you want in the design, with a huge range of materials and options means you will get exactly what you want.

Some people want traditional brick builds, whilst there are also the options of building with a rendered polystyrene material that gives a very modern look, as well as weatherboard or vinyl cladding options that may suit a coastal style.

Many of our inclusions such as a covered and tiled porch area, modern 600mm x 600mm floor tiling throughout (or vinyl planks or timber laminate), Daikin Air Conditioner, floor to ceiling tiling in the bathroom, large polyurethane kitchen etc are considered as extras with many other builders and can cost thousands of dollars.
