We have decades of experience and are responsible for many landmark commercial and retail sites (including the QVB Building, Aldi, NRMA headquarters) throughout Sydney, Canberra and New South Wales. They include greenfield sites, renovations, alterations and additions.

For peace of mind AMESCORP offers a ‘concept to completion’ turnkey service. Every step of the project is managed and carried out by the same highly experienced team. Our in-house architect is renowned for creating contemporary designs, which combine functionality and style to maximise the value of the property. Documentation is organised and lodged with relevant authorities. The site is prepared (for example, demolition of an existing structure, excavation of the block, installation of drainage, roadways, etc.). The structure is constructed. Final features are added – such as landscaping, pathways, driveways.

Our level of care doesn’t end there. To ensure that each site continues to operate efficiently our Commercial Maintenance team provides servicing of the building and related equipment at regular intervals. This is a service that we also provide to existing commercial sites not constructed by AMESCORP as well as to real estate agents for commercial and residential properties.

COMMERCIAL BATHROOMS

AMESCORP features a dedicated team (including architect, carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical) focused on designing and installing commercial bathrooms – from one-off custom concepts to a range of 12 sought-after ’standard’ bathroom designs available immediately.

We also design and make special accessible bathrooms for people with a disability. The same team has expertise in renovating existing bathrooms and making repairs – such as fixing waterproofing and replacing tiles, toilets and baths. You benefit from a team which has been together since 1987.

One of our directors was an executive member of the Waterproofing Industry Council of Australia so you know you are dealing with experts in this field.

SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT

AMESCORP is unique in that we have a commercial flooring division which for 18 years has been specialising in epoxy surfaces to go over concrete in areas such as warehouses, retail outlets, showrooms, pick-pack lines, food manufacturing plants, bulky good stores and loading docks.

Our long lasting epoxy coatings and toppings are stronger than concrete, resilient to heavy loads, prevent spilt material seeping through into the concrete, they reduce noise and the amount of dust, and are more comfortable to walk on.

AMESCORP slip resistant flooring improves the safety and WHS compliance of the work environment. Risk assessments, safe work method statements, MSDS and green cards are supplied with each project. Acid resistant flooring allows for caustic cleaning products to be used to keep the work environment clean and at the same time prevents the potential of an environmental incident. Food grade finishes meet all Australian Standards for the food manufacturing industry.
